What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is via a Sadad link or cash on delivery.
How much is delivery?
QAR 30 inside Doha and QAR 50 outside Doha. The delivery fee is added to the product price within the payment link.
When is my order confirmed?
An order is confirmed only after payment is received. Orders paid via Sadad are prepared once the payment link is settled.
Can I return my order?
Returns are not accepted. We offer size exchange only.
What is the size exchange window?
Size exchanges are accepted within three days of receipt, with the item in its original, unworn condition.
Can I exchange sale items?
No. Sale, clearance, and B-grade (Conscious Pieces) items are final sale with no exchange or return.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. You are also welcome to reach out on WhatsApp and we will help you find the right fit.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number (format: MAUJA-2026-XXXXX).
