We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Qatar. Online payment is coming soon.

Delivery Within Qatar

We deliver across all of Qatar at a flat rate:

• Inside Doha: QAR 30
• Outside Doha: QAR 50

Delivery areas and rates are applied automatically at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is out for delivery, our courier will be in touch via WhatsApp to coordinate a suitable delivery time.

Tracking & Updates

You'll receive delivery updates directly via WhatsApp. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Missed Delivery

If no one is available to receive the order, our courier will arrange a redelivery at a convenient time.

Worldwide Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping on a case-by-case basis. We're working on making this process smoother and more seamless — stay tuned for updates.

A few notes on international orders:

• Shipping is arranged by us through our own courier, and the cost is added to your order total.
• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received through our payment link.
• Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
• As each piece is handmade, international orders are final sale.
