No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only, within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. To request a size exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances:

• Sale items
• Clearance items
• B-grade / Conscious Pieces (sold as seen)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo and we will resolve it for you.
